Jean M. (Homan) Strack Dutton, 82, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 9, 2019.
She retired from Onondaga County Probation Department after 25 years of service.
Jean enjoyed dancing.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Jean was predeceased by her parents, Carlton and Florence Homan, and a sister, Sandra Moslander.
She is survived by her husband, John; children, Timothy (Sandy) Strack, Cathy (Ricky) Dutton and Cynthia Strack; two grandchildren, Cari and Cayla Dutton; sister, Patricia (Richard) Blackburn; brother, Larry Homan and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Sunday, January 13th from 2-5pm at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, N. Syracuse. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 14th at 10am at the funeral home, with burial to follow in White Chapel Memory Gardens.
