Jason Nix

Jason Nix, 44, of Syracuse, passed away on January 24, 2025. 

Jason was born in Laurel, Mississippi on December 1, 1980 to Judge-Devours and Donna Nix. 

He was a lover of Christian/gospel music. He loved being outdoors and was a people person. 

In his free time, he enjoyed watching and playing all types of sports and, especially spending time with his family and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Judge-Devours Nix, and mother, Donna Nix. 

He is survived by daughters Selah Nix and Zoey Nix, sons Caleb Yost and Elijah Dennis, former wife Charlotte Nix-Dennis, granddaughters Ella Connolly and Naomi Nix, brother Lanny Nix, sisters Judy Nix-Graham and Rita Nix-Holley, aunts Kaye Chandler, Gwen Herrington, and Jean Toler, and cousin Lisa Herrington.
