Jason Donitzen

January 5, 1985 — October 29, 2016

Jason Donitzen, 31 of Syracuse, passed away on Saturday.

He was best known for his bullhorn vocal chords which Jason used in constant support of the Syracuse Crunch. His powerhouse chants and roars could easily be heard throughout the War Memorial.

Survivors include his brother, Joseph Donitzen; aunt, Hilda Salomone and uncles, John Donitzen and James Smolen; and several cousins.

He is predeceased by his father, Joseph and mother, Donna.

Visitation will take place Monday 12noon-1pm at New Comer Funeral Home, North Syracuse.

Interment will follow at Loomis Hill Cemetery.
