Janice Beatrice Pearl
August 30, 1939 — October 6, 2023
Janice B. Pearl, 84, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2023 at Loretto Health and Rehabilitation.
Janice was preceded in death by her daughter Helen Peterson.
Janice was a Business Law Professor at Bryant and Stratton College in Syracuse. She retired in 2009 after 28 years.
She loved being with her family. She was an avid knitter, loved shopping and being with her pet puppies. Janice was an amazing cook. Making meat pies was her specialty and her favorite holiday was Christmas.
Janice is survived by her husband Howard Pearl; son, Steven (Lori) Bourdage; her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In keeping with Janice's wishes, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association CNY.
