Janice McQueeney-Staley, 74 of Liverpool died Saturday at St. Joseph's Hospital with her family at her side. A native of Malone, NY the daughter of the late Eva and Alec Durham. Janice enjoyed travelling to Las Vegas, golfing and her family. She was predeceased by her husbands, Richard McQueeney in 1985 and Gene Staley in 2007.
Surviving son, Frank (Barb) McQueeney of Clay; brothers, Charles of Liverpool, James of Florida and Billy Durham; sisters, Joyce Doty of Liverpool, Virginia Hagez of Virginia, Linda Hatoun and Hoda Durham; several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be 4:00 – 7:00 pm Tuesday at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. Burial will be in North Syracuse Cemetery. Services will be 10:00 am Wednesday at the funeral home, 705 N. Main St.
