Janice M. Schlie, 57, of Parish, passed away Monday, at home with her family at her side, after a long battle with cancer. She worked for Hematology & Oncology Assoc. of CNY.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald J. Schlie; mother, Mary Jane Packard; two daughters, Michelle (Aron) Backus and Julie Elacqua; two step children, Kevin and Lindsey Schlie; 10 grandchildren, Ashlee, Marissa, Jonathan, Breanna, Kearra, Mackenzee, Anthony, Brittany, Francisco and Dillan; two sisters, Marjorie Okafor and Robyn Packard; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Memorial Services will be Thursday, 6PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
To keep with Janice's request, there will be no calling hours.
