Jane Adella Tarson, 81, previously of 221 Graves St., Syracuse, passed away Monday. Born in Canandaigua, NY, she was a loving mother of 9 children. She was an avid sports fan and she enjoyed bingo, cards and games with her family and friends. Jane was a member of the Altar Rosary Society at St. Daniel's Church. She is predeceased by her husband, Victor G. Tarson, sister, Margaret Healey and a brother, Richard Cotton.
She is survived by 5 daughters, Patricia Solomon, Victoria (Don) Burdick, Jane (Scott) Tarson-Peters, Nana (Jon) Perry, Deborah (Tom) Giarrusso; 4 sons, Frank (Sandra), Richard (Brenda), Victor Jr. (Kay), Guy (Renee) Tarson; a brother, Donald Cotton; a sister, Phyllis Cotton; 20 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Friday 9 AM in St. Daniel's Church, Court St., Syracuse. Burial will be in the Brookside Cemetery, Shortsville, NY. Friends can visit with her family on Thursday from 4-7 PM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, North Syracuse.
