Jane E. Merle, 94, of Liverpool, passed away on Sunday at Rosewood Heights Nursing Home with family by her side. She was born on October 20, 1918 daughter of Julius and Genevieve Schneider. She enjoyed knitting, traveling and was devoted to her family.
Surviving are her 2 sons; Joseph Leonelli, Gerald (Elaine) Leonelli, step son, Howard Merle, Jr., 12 grandchildren , several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Howard Merle, Sr., son, Terry Leonelli and step son, Richard Merle.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 11am -12pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse, with services to follow.
