James Tubbs

James Tubbs, 71, of North Syracuse, passed away unexpectedly February 4, 2022.
James was born in Rochester, New York on August 20, 1950 to the late Douglas and Mary Tubbs. James worked for many years for Hanover Shoes.
He was active in his community and served three years as president and a year as vice president for the North Syracuse Senior Club. He loved golfing, gardening, and most importantly his grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a sister, Judith Marie Tubbs.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Tubbs; three sons, Jeremie Tubbs, William P. (Lisa) Foster, Robert J. (Catherine) Foster; two daughters, Colleen (Arthur) Dudden, Maureen E. Foster; 14 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm with a service to follow at New Comer Cremations & Funerals - North Syracuse, 705 N. Main St, Syracuse.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association and American Cancer Society.
