James W. Spencer, 84 of Minoa, NY, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2024. He was born in Syracuse, NY on July 24, 1939 to the late Arthur and Dorothy Spencer.
He worked for over 30 years for the U.S. Postal Service. He is survived by his children, Arthur Spencer of Minoa and daughter, Denette Spencer; brother, Kenneth (Pauline) Spencer of Texas.
Predeceased by his loving wife of 50 years, June.
There will be a graveside service on his birthday, July 24, 2024.
