James H. Richberg

James H. Richberg, 60, of Cicero, passed away suddenly on June 12th. He was born in Syracuse, NY to the late Kathryn and Robert Richberg. He enjoyed traveling, cooking with his daughter, Shana, watching his son, Jake play football and spending time with family and friends. Jim was an avid fisherman and a member of the South Shore Association.

Jim is survived by his wife of 36 years, Colleen (Doyle); children, Shana, Jake (Sarah Huff), Jason Nabinger and Amber Neville; grandson, Layne; siblings, Michael (Jennifer), Susan and Hugh (Melissa); several nieces and nephews and a special group of young adults that were influenced by Jim as they grew up.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, June 19th 11am-1pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals with a graveside service to follow in Pine Plains Cemetery in Clay. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in his memory to a charity of your choice.

A celebration of life will be held on September 18th at his daughter, Shana's home.
