James R. "Dick" Daley, 73, of Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was born on August 20, 1939 in Syracuse, son of James and Agnes King Daley. Dick was last employed at the Onondaga County Water Authority for 37 years and was a member of the American Legion Post 1832.
Surviving are his wife, Sharon, son, James F. Daley, 2 daughters; Cheryl (Pat) Madonna, Tara M. Daley, 2 grandchildren; Patrick & Carlie Madonna, sister, Kathleen (Bill) Harrig and a niece, Kelly Herrick.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday Nov. 1st from 3-6pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse, with services at 6pm.
