James Patrick Philo, 67, of Syracuse, passed away April 17, 2022. James was born in on May 16, 1954 to the late Nathan A. and Norma E. Philo.
He loved hunting and fishing and was an avid trapper. James loved to grow flowers and plants. He was always there to help anyone who needed it. He could fix anything.
He was predeceased by a son, Adam Philo; two sisters, Brenda Tackman, Mary Hamilton; a brother, Robert D. Philo.
He is survived by his partner, Roberta Oneill; son, James (Alicea) Philo; granddaughter, Molly Philo; a brother, Nathan J. Philo, Sr.; two sisters, Ellen Adler, Rebecca Philo; and several nieces, and nephews;
