James Wreford Martin, 73, of Syracuse, passed away July 11, 2022. James was born in Bath, New York on January 5, 1949.
Jim was a carpenter for many years. He was a great cook and enjoyed making breads and pastas. Most importantly he was a devoted grandfather.
James was predeceased by his father, Elroy Martin; and mother, Eleanor Martin. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jeannette Martin, four children; and his two grandchildren, Rita-Jo, and Harrison; five brothers, Gerald Woolever, Thomas Woolever, Samuel Babbish, David (Sandy) Morgren, Paul Morgren; a sister, Grace Yearick; cousins, Joanne (Mangicaro), Butch Wilcox;and many special neighbors and friends.
Services will take place at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
