Jim Roberts, 67, passed away Sunday at his home in Liverpool. Jim was a Sgt. in the USMC and served in the Vietnam War. He was a brakeman for Conrail.
Surviving are his wife Marsha (Sobotka); brother Gary Michael (Janine) of Santa Rosa, CA; daughter Carrie (Bob) Lamanna; son Jason (Jodi) Roberts; his grandchildren Maison, Mia, Grace Lamanna and JT Roberts and several nieces and nephews.
At Jim's request, there will be no calling hours or services. The family is pleased to invite family and friends to attend a celebration of his life Wed. Sept. 23rd from 3-6pm at the Liverpool Fire Department, 1110 Oswego Road, Liverpool (park and enter at back of the building).
Contributions in his name may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Wounded Warrior Project.
