James F. Sweeting, 75, of Auburn, passed away Tuesday. James retired from Chrysler Corp. and enjoyed many winters in Florida. He enjoyed his grandchildren; It was a great day when he talked to them. He is predeceased by his brother, Charles.
James is survived by his wife of 51 years, Beverly; two sons, James Jr. (Karyn) and their children, Alec and Abigael; Peter (Kelly) and their children, Kayleigh, Kyle and Korey; sister, Mary Baumes (Martin); sister in law, Betsy Sweeting; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, John Flummerfelt and Jim Shepard.
Services will be Saturday 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 90 Melrose Rd., Auburn, NY 13021. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery, Fleming, NY. Calling Hours will be Saturday from 9:30-11:00AM, at the church, before services.
Contributions may be made to the Fleming Fire Dept #1, 6063 West Lake Road, Auburn, NY 13021
