James R Eberle, 60, of Liverpool, passed away August 7th, 2020. James was born in Palisades, New York on January 30, 1960 to the late William and Barbara Eberle.
James attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute, where he obtained his B.S. in Biochemistry in 1982, and then went on to obtain his Ph.D. in Molecular Developmental Genetics, from Syracuse University, in 1994. James was a nurturing professor at Kent State University for many years.
He enjoyed kayaking in a boat he built himself, and often volunteered at his local humane society where he rescued and lovingly cared for many pets over his lifetime. He will be missed dearly by his friends and family.
He is survived by his sister, Elizabeth (Brian) Meany; two brothers, John (Joanne) Eberle and Andrew (Sara) Eberle; a niece; and several nephews and cousins.
