James E. "Cloud" Proctor, Jr., 68, passed away on his birthday surrounded by his family. He was born in Michigan son of the late James E. and Dorothy "Sis" Proctor. He was owner of Black Creek Xpress for over 25 years. He was an avid hunter, he enjoyed boating and being with friends and family.
Surviving are his 4 children: Heidi (William) Johnson, Emerson Proctor, Robin (Terry) Showalter, Eric Proctor, brother, Steven Proctor, 3 sisters: Pamela Proctor, Heidi Coache & Laurie Hedstrom, 5 grandchildren: Katie Johnson, Amber Johnson, Kala Hubbard, Candice Johnson & Joshua Proctor, 4 great grandchildren: Anuaki, Rayella, Tylas & Riley, along with his former wife, Kathleen Proctor.
Calling hours will be held on Monday from 4-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse, with sharing of memories at 7pm.
