James W. Clark, 56, of Syracuse, passed away on October 29, 2017. James was born in Urbana, NY on September 7, 1961 to the late William and Catherine Clark. James worked for Syracuse Behavioral Health for many years.
He is survived by his Son, Sam Smith; 3 grandchildren, Sam Jr, Yiana and Lyla Smith; brothers, William and Kenny Clark; Friends, Julie Crosby and Michael Bratton.
A memorial service will be held in his honor on Saturday, November 4 at 10 AM at Believers Chapel, Cicero.
