James A. Chick, 56, of West Monroe passed away unexpectedly Tuesday. Born in Kingston, NY he was a Computer Specialist with Hewlett Packard. Jim was an avid outdoorsman who traveled across the USA and Canada on hunting trips with his family. He was a veteran of the Air Force and a member of the North American Hunters Association. He was a loving family man whose family came first, above everything else. He was always seen with a smile and will be horribly missed. His passing has left a huge whole in our hearts.
He is survived by his wife; Karen (Lynch) Chick, a son; Michael Chick, a daughter; Sarah Chick, his mother; Helen Chick and a brother; Jeffrey Chick.
Services will be held on Monday at 10 AM at New Comer Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Burial will follow in North Syracuse Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 1-4 PM at the funeral home, 705 North Main Street.
