James T. Brooks, 77 of Syracuse passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2017. James was born in Norfolk, VA July 16, 1939.
He is survived by his nephews Everett and Richard Elmer, and their families. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, fishing, and going for walks.
