James A. "Jim" DiFebo (Poirier), 61, of Solvay, passed away on Monday. He was born on June 5, 1950 in Syracuse, son of Helen and Carmen DiFebo and the late Alphonse Poirier. He was a graduate of Corcoran High School. Jim served in the US Navy. He was an avid NASCAR Fan and liked the Boston Red Sox.
Surviving are his parents, Helen and Carmen DiFebo, 2 brothers; Bill (Laurien) Poirier, Michael (Lisa) Poirier, 4 sisters; Vicki Gregory, Mary Petrucci, Noranne (Ed Adamkewicz) Poirier, Rochelle (Stephen) Opalka, along with many nieces and nephews.
There are no calling hours and services will be private.
Contributions can be made to the VA Hospital in memory of Jim.
