Jacquelynne M. Smith, 41 of Baldwinsville, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side.
Born on May 15, 1978 in Auburn, NY to Richard and Cindy Smith.
She loved rainbows, hearts and unicorns.
She is survived by her parents; siblings, Michelle (Jaime) Alvarez and Richard (Meghan Murphy) Smith Jr.; nephew, Braedon; nieces, Jessica and Rylee. Predeceased by her grandparents, Harry, Helen, Bob and Mary.
A special thank you to all of Jacquelynne's care givers.
