Jacquelyn M. Cage, 52 of Liverpool, NY passed away on October 30th, 2022 with her loving family by her side. Born on April 20th, 1970 in Syracuse, NY to Jerry and Florine Provost.
She worked as a practice manager for Pediatric Cardiology Associates for the past 4 years. She loved spending time with her loving family during the holidays, birthdays, cookouts, for any or no reason at all, and lots and lots of shopping.
She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Leonard; children, Jessica, Christopher, (twins) Maleigha and Makya; Tamia, Jamai, Julian and Matai; grandchildren, Jaydin, Ahriana and Christopher III; mother, Florine; sister, Marie; favorite aunt, Shirley and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Predeceased by her father, Jerry Provost.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
