Jackie was born in Lockport, New York on February 28, 1959 to the late Edwin and Mary Jane Degan.
Jackie was an avid animal lover who enjoyed rescuing dogs. In her free time, she loved to spend time outdoors, listening to music, gardening and creating art.
She is survived by her Four Daughters, Amanda Wheatley, Genevieve Wheatley, Erin Wheatley, Cassie Wheatley; Sisters, Kim Rosati, Kathy Degan, Sheila Degan-MacRae, Kelly Degan; Brothers, Tom Degan and Michael Degan; Grandchildren, Rocco Rodriguez, Bria Rodriguez, Denim Alvarez, Denali Alvarez.
