brothers and sisters, Jason (Heather) Gates, Jerry Gates, Jennifer (Harold) Ashley and Jessica Belanger; fiance, Ryan Perry; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles. cousins and friends.
Jackie, was an adored mother, who loved her family and would always be there for anyone in need.
