Jacob T. Jones, son of Stuart and Jessica Jones passed away on Thursday at St. Joseph's Hospital.

Surviving besides his parents are twin brother, Lucas, brother Kaiden, sister Shanea, maternal grandparents, Linda & Mike Akin, paternal grandparents, Gloria and Thomas Jones, Sr.
