Jacob Lee Cummins, passed away August 7, 2023. Jacob was born in Syracuse, New York on August 7, 2023 to Anthony and Ann Cummins.
He was preceded in death by grandmothers, Phyllis Cummins and Mary Cobb; great grandfather Kenny Murray; uncle, Kevin Cummins.
Jacob is survived by his parents, Anthony and Ann Cummins; siblings, Danielle (Christian Guzman), Jay, Justin, Amanda (Kairahn), Ashley, Bella, Emalee, Diva, Taz Cummins, and Jason and Frank Clark; grandmother, Lisa Hemmingway; aunts and uncles, Michelle Piquet, Rick Cummins and Esko Cummins; and several, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held, Saturday August 19th, 2023 from 1PM - 2PM at New Comer Cremations and Funerals.
