Jack Jay Putt of Syracuse, NY passed away December 15th 2021.
Jack was born February 12th 1962 to Janice Brown. He is survived by his wife Kimberly Putt, son James Putt & his wife Stephanie Putt as well as his son Michael Putt & his wife Brynn Putt. Jack also has a brother George Putt & his wife Tresa Putt. He has two grandbabies Zachary & Kyla that he loved so much.
Jack was a huge fan of NASCAR and loved to play board games with his family.
He will be missed by so many but never forgotten. Rest easy now.
