Isabelle is survived by her parents, Stacy Gearsbeck and William Oliver; her maternal grandparents, Pamela and Bruce Witherell; her paternal grandparents, William and Wendy Oliver; great-grandparents, Harold and Frieda Bean and George Oliver; three uncles, Ben Oliver, James and Eric Pudney; two aunts, Crystal VanMarter and Mary Ester Hoxie; several loving cousins;
Services will be Thursday 7 p.m. at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. There will be no calling hours.
