Ila T. (Corneilus) Barozzini passed away peacefully on Wednesday with family by her side. She was born on September 19, 1920 in Eldred, PA. She married her husband Tracy in 1942 and they made a home in Wellsville, NY where they raised their 3 children. She and Tracy retired to St. Petersburg, FL in 1980 and lived there until 1998 when they moved to Liverpool, NY to be closer to their daughter, Phyllis. She was a dedicated mother and homemaker who truly enjoyed her time with family and friends. She also ran her own beauty salon for many years. She loved playing Bingo, any type of card game, word search puzzles and going out to dinner. She always remembered everyone's birthday with a handwritten card. She was blessed with good health, a sound mind and a close and loving family for her whole life. She was an active member of Liverpool Baptist Church for 18 years where she was "Grammy" or "Gramma Zini" for many of the young children who loved her very much. A loving and more genuine, caring person few people will be blessed enough to know. She was a true example of "A life well lived"
She was predeceased by her husband of 65 years Tracy J. Barozzini in 2008 and grandson Michael J. Barozzini in 2018. She is survived by her daughter Phyllis Crisafulli of Liverpool, her son Lou (Dawn) Barozzini of Waynesville, NC and her son Joe (Kelli) Barozzini of Gahanna, OH, 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the PACE CNY program and the caring staff for all the wonderful care they provided for many years, Our heartfelt thanks also go to some of her special caregivers: Nancy, Ashley, Jaylee, Stephanie, Smiley, and Roxy.
