Henrietta Amanda Curry

Henrietta A. Curry, 75, of Syracuse, NY, received her wings from the Lord on February 4th. Henrietta was a medical professional working as an LPN providing care and services to all in need. She was a loving, caring mother, grandmother and sister. Henrietta will be remembered as a selfless woman who was an inspirational guide to many other people. She was sweet, joyful and most of all an independent woman.

Henrietta was predeceased by her parents, Henry and Florence Nellons; brothers, Carl, Henry, William; sister, Denella.

She leaves to mourn her children, Russell (Jacqueline) Scott of Clearwater, FL, Marcus Steven (Melissa) Curry of Colorado Springs, CO, Victoria (Thomas) Crawford of Syracuse, NY, Elise (Richard) Curry Schemichen of Syracuse, NY; grandchildren, Stephon, Christopher, Ke'Asia, Tashaia, Thomas, Sarah, Dominique, Maia, Taleia, Rashad, Richard, Danielle, Diamond, Destiny ; great-grandchildren, Kamaya, Stephon, Jr., Aalena, Lamia, Maecon, Aaleigha, Kaiden; siblings, Edith Patterson of California, Charlene Key of Texas, Karen Nellons of Texas, Jeana Nellons of Texas, Dan Nellons of Texas, Mark Nellons of Texas, Carrie Maxey of Syracuse, NY, Theresa McBride of Syracuse, NY, Helene Nellons of Syracuse, NY, Jamey Nellons of Syracuse, NY and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 15th 10am-12pm at Greater New Testament Missionary Baptist Church, 1121 South Salina Street, Syracuse, NY 13202 with a service to follow at 12pm. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
