Henki "Henk" Van Der Werff, 69, of Liverpool, passed away Monday at Francis House.
He was born May 22, 1944 in Appingedam, Netherlands.
Henk was an honorably discharged veteran of the US Air Force.
He retired from Unisource and later worked for Gravina's Ace Hardware and Penske Trucking.
Henk was a 50-year member of the Liverpool First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his loving wife, Frances Kay Van Der Werff; his son, Kevin (Melinda) Van Der Werff; two daughters, Rhonda (Dana) Grode and Nicole Van Der Werff; three grandsons, Logan, Liam, and Aidan; his brother Gerrit (Maria) Van Der Werff; his sister, Ann (Ko) Fey and many nieces and nephews.
No prior visitation. A Celebration of Henk's Life will be 10AM Saturday at Liverpool First United Methodist Church.
