Helen M. West

Helen M. West, 92, of Baldwinsville, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2022. Helen was born in Brantingham, NY on September 21, 1930 to the late Lewis and Magdeline Nagy. She was a devoted wife for 72 years to her late Husband, Richard and a loving Mother and Grandmother. Together with her Husband, she was a successful owner and operator of On Top Roofing Company. In her retirement, she loved playing golf, traveling, spending time with her children and grandchildren and taking long walks along Brantingham Lake where she and her Husband spent the majority of their later years.

Helen was an excellent cook, passing down many family recipes to her children. She was a lover of the outdoors and of animals, especially her dog, Muffin, whom she had for 17 years. Helen and her Husband, as well as her daughter Lori, traveled extensively throughout the United States.

She was a kind person who will be missed by family and friends.

She is survived by her Children, Sharon West Gonzalez, Richard A. (Joanne) West, Wendy (Vernon) Conway; 5 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her Daughter, Lori A. West and Husband, Richard L. West.

There will be no calling hours and services will be private.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
