Helen Boltus Chuby, 90, of Baldwinsville, passed away Saturday after a long illness. Born in Syracuse, she retired from Dey Bros. Dept. Store with 28 years of service. She was a loving and giving Mom, Grandma and Great Grandma.
She was predeceased by her husband, Nicholas Chuby in 2004.
Helen is survived by her three daughters, Nina (David) Beskid, Nancy (Kosta Cvetkovski) Jastemski and Lisa (Thomas) Maino; six grandchildren, Nicole, Tracy, Mark, Christopher, Kara and Corey; five great grandchildren; a sister, Katherine Walsuk; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Private.
