Hazel M. Walker passed away on September 9, 2021 at Rome Memorial Hospital. Hazel was born in Camden on May 19, 1944, daughter of the late Elmer and Estella Walker. Hazel graduated from Camden Central School in 1962. She was a dedicated employee at Camden Wire Company Inc. for 32 years.
Hazel is survived by very special friends Tom and Judy Willson, Sue Smith, Mike and Barb Johnson, Bruce and Jenine Johnson, Paul and Linda Lockhart, Alan McGregor, Roger Clark, Joanne Blair, Joan Kahn and several cousins. She was predeceased by her companion of 16 years, Delos Clark and good friend George McGovern.
To carry out Hazels wishes, there will be no calling hours. Graveside services will he held on Tuesday September 14th at 10am at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Camden.
Donations in Hazels memory may be made to Camden Ambulance or Camden Fire Dept., 37 Church St., Camden, NY 13316.
