Harry R. Smith, Jr., 63, of E. Syracuse, passed away on Friday at Upstate Hospital. He retired from the Town of DeWitt Highway Dept. Harry enjoyed model railroading, woodworking and fishing.
Surviving are his wife of 44 years, Nancy, 2 daughters; Christine (Greg) Cross, Patricia Smith, son, Robert Smith, parents, Harry, Sr. and Helen, 6 grandchildren, Megan, Melissa, Matthew, Emily, Madisson, Lacey, 2 brothers; Richard (Cindy) Smith, Raymond (Kathleen) Smith, 2 sisters; Betty LaCelle and Linda (George) Millet.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse. Services will be held on Wednesday at 10am from the funeral home. Burial will take place at North Syracuse Cemetery.
