Harriet F. (Cliff) O'Neil, 82 of North Syracuse, passed away on Wednesday.
Born in Sodus, she went to school in Lyons, NY. She lived most of her life in Hastings and Central Square. She is predeceased by her husband, Uriah O'Neil, a brother, John Cliff, sisters, Marion Cliff and Betty Maslak.
She is survived by her sons, Preston of Central Square, Uriah "Rusty" of Syracuse, Billy of North Carolina and Charles of Arizona; two sisters, Geraldine Gardner and Margaret Cliff; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; nephews and nieces.
Services will be private.
