Harold W. Stewart, Jr., 66, of Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday at the VA Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 25, 1948 and served in the US Army during Vietnam. Harold was a very loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. He will be missed.
Surviving are his beloved wife Bonnie of 5 years, 7 daughters: Heather Pappas, Suzan Fyffe, Vinessa Bouvia, Maria Jackson, Alisha Stewart, S. Ann Stewart, Christy Dunster, 2 sons, Vincent Lyke, Hal Stewart, III, 13 grandchildren, great grandchildren, 3 sisters, Linda Opellum, Penny Oakes and Mary Ewell.
Calling hours will be held on Monday from 4-6pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with services to follow.
