Harold C. Hobson, 83, of Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday at his residence.
He was born on November 11, 1932 son of the late Harold and Genevieve Hobson. He retired from Southern Container and was a member of the Cecile Center for Senior Citizens. He was an avid country music fan and attended many concerts in the local area. He enjoyed camping in his early years and was an avid New York Yankee Fan.
He is survived by his close friend Mary DeRosa, his 2 sisters; Carol Temple, Joan (Dexter) Vosbury, nieces, nephews and his beloved pet, Pretty Boy.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday 10am at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse.
There are no calling hours. Burial will be private at White Chapel Memory Gardens.
