Harlene Phillips

Harlene Ann Phillips, 69, of Liverpool, NY, left this world August 13, 2021. She was a devoted, loving partner, daughter, niece, sister and friend. She lived her life to the fullest and was an endless source of strength and light to her family.

Harlene was born December 25th, 1951, in Syracuse, and always loved Christmas! Harlene was a veteran who served four years in the Air Force for our country. She retired from Verizon after many years of dedication.

She loved all animals, and if they were wounded, she would nurse them back to health. Harlene was always a child at heart and loved goofing around with her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Fondest of memories was her baby blue Jeep, which she loved taking rides in cornfields with her nieces and laughing later at the popcorn in the engine. She made a positive impact on everyone.

Harlene leaves behind her loving partner of 41 years, Marcia Kotowski of Liverpool; daughter, Jana (Philip) Bennet Landes; three grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She will be truly missed and has left a lasting impact on all who knew her. Memorial contributions may be made to Seventh Heaven Rescue, Syracuse. A memorial service will take place Friday, 12pm, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, North Syracuse, NY 13212.
