Gloria J. Carey

Gloria J. Carey, 74, of Syracuse, passed peacefully on December 30th. Gloria worked as a LPN at Couse Hospital for over 40 years. She enjoyed cross stitching, crafting and spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite place to relax was in TI Park on Wellesley Island.

Gloria was predeceased by her parents, Rose (Bednarz) and Robert Wilbur; brothers, Harold, Andrew and John Wilbur and sister, Hedy Gilbert.

She is survived by her two daughters, Stacy and Michelle Carey; many nieces and nephews and her beloved grandpets.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, January 8th 5-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals with a service to follow at 7pm. A graveside service will take place on Saturday, January 9th 10am in Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville.
