Glenn A. Petit, 90, of North Syracuse, passed away at home with family and friends at his side on Monday. He worked for NY Telephone for 35 years. Glenn owned and managed Glenn's Appliances, Glenn's Furniture, The Bunkhouse Furniture and The Bay Inn on Oneida Lake. He also was a member of the Pastime Athletic Club. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, playing cards, football and traveling.
He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Rosemary; a son, Skip Petit; a daughter, Bonnie (Ken) Burke; a brother, Francis Petit; a sister, Barbara Easterly; and nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 9AM-1PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Services will follow at 1PM. Burial will be at Assumption Cemetery.
