Geraldine Ruth Burgett (71), of Liverpool, New York passed away on January 12, 2023 in Syracuse, New York.
Geraldine was born in Syracuse, NY to Bruce and Mina Lormand on May 15, 1951. She graduated from John C.
Birdlebough High School in Phoenix, NY. She worked as an Associate at Kohl's Department Store as well as
being a long time Manager at the Red Door North in Pennellville.
In her free time, Geraldine enjoyed reading, baking, taking long walks and spending time with her friends and
family.
Geraldine is preceded in death by her mother and father, Mina and Bruce Lormand, siblings, Robert (and Nancy)
Pettit, and Nancy (and Jim) Thomas, and David "Duck" Duskee.
Geraldine is survived by her long time partner, Fenton Billingsley, her children Raymond (and Heather)
Burgett, Tracy Fisher, Jason (and Charlene) Burgett, her sisters Christine Duskee and Tammy Panebianco,
her grandchildren Christopher Burgett, Chelsea (and Marcus) Farnham, Justin Burgett, Ian, Colin and Emma
Burgett and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family is very appreciative of her good friend and care giver Kim Whipple.
A private family Funeral service will be held in April.
Burial will follow at Jacksonville Cemetery.
