Gerald W. (Jerry) Fielding, 100, of North Syracuse, passed away Thursday at the Francis House surrounded by family. He was born in Ogdensburg to William and Marion Fielding. Jerry graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy in 1932. He owned and operated Fielding Precision Grinding Co., from 1953-2014. Jerry enjoyed hunting, fishing, pistol shooting, bowling and his family.
He is predeceased by his wife of 63 years, Joan L. Fielding in 2009.
He is survived by his daughter, Patricia A. Walker; 5 granddaughters, Tammy, Shannon, Carrie, Nicole and Chelsea; and several great grand-children; and nieces and nephews.
His memories will be kept in our hearts forever and he will be loved "always".
Calling hours will be Tuesday from 3-6PM. Services will be Tuesday at 6PM.
