Gerald R. Murdock

Gerald R. Murdock, 82, of the Cicero and Liverpool area, passed away on June 14th due to health issues. Jerry was born in Syracuse to the late Mary and Winfred Murdock. He attended city school until 9th grade, when he enlisted in the U.S. Navy during which he completed his High School Equivalency. Jerry proudly served from 1957 until 1961. He went on to work as an iron worker with the Local 60 in Syracuse, NY until his retirement. Jerry was an avid outdoorsman and sportsman.

Jerry is survived by his son, Alan Murdock and grandson, Trevor Wilson.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, June 27th 2-5pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals with a service to follow at 5pm.
