Gerald H. "Uncle G" Cummings, 84, of Clay, NY, formerly of Norwalk, CT, passed away Monday. He immigrated to the US from Jamaica, West Indies and worked several years in the textiles industry. He was active in various "Carribean Clubs" including "Friends of Santa Cruz". He is predeceased by his wife, Callie Cummings, a longtime companion, Rose Kuenstler and his sister, Mae Walker.
Uncle G is survived by Nephews, Ivor (Sheila) and Christopher (Sharon) Walker; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be Saturday, 3PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, NY. Calling Hours will be Saturday from 1-3PM, at the funeral home, before services.
