George William Karle Sr., 84, of Liverpool, passed away Monday.
George was a City of Syracuse Fireman for 26 years. He also owned G.W. Karle Fire Equipment for over 40 years.
He is predeceased by his wife, Frances; four sisters, Mabel, Barbara, Etta Perini and Anne Smith, and brother, Robert.
Survivors include his daughter, Karin (Robert) Williams; sons, George Jr., Mark and Kurt (Enisa) Sr., two brothers, Richard and Frederick, 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 4-7PM on Thursday at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. Funeral services will be 10AM on Friday, also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
