George V. Denise, 80, of Solvay, passed away on Wednesday at St. Joseph's Hospital, surrounded by family. He was born on August 22, 1932 in Syracuse and last worked at Talluci Contractors in Syracuse. George enjoyed cooking and spending time in the kitchen.
Surviving are his wife, Cynthia, of 58 years, daughter, Christina Stevens (Mack), 2 grandchildren; Kyle Gibson, Celeste Stevens, along with nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by 6 brothers; Walter, Samuel, Joseph, Nick, Paul & Matthew and 3 sisters; Cecelia, Genevieve & Rose.
Calling hours on Monday from 4-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse, with services to follow.
