George T. Hooker, 67, of LaFayette, passed away peacefully on Friday surrounded by friends and family. He served his country in Vietnam from 1966 to 1968. He was proud owner of Big Hook's Trucking in Jamesville, NY.
He is survived by his two daughters, Rochelle (Paul Kaye) Hooker and Karale Hooker; a solitary cousin, Sue Pope and family.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, 6/20 from 1 to 4PM at the VFW, 6996 E. Taft Rd., E. Syracuse. Graveside services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Syracuse VA Medical Center Quality of Life 1525.
